Grandad had been trying for ages to take me out with him in his lorry. His bosses finally agreed and he took me out with him. 

On the way we stopped at a service station and the 9 year old me wanted 'Smash Hits' magazine. Now anyone who knew my Grandad will know he doesnt drive anywhere with music on. But, on this rare occasion he let me play the CD, which was Brimful of Asha by Cornershop. 2 versions of the same song on continuously for about 2 hours. He never let me play it on the way back. Come to think of it, i never did get that CD back 😂

Unfortunately that was the only trip in his lorry as his firm wouldn't allow passengers again. At least that's what he told me, i think he didn't want to risk another CD being played.
